At nineteen o four, we do not offer refunds on any of our products. All sales are final. Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may occur, resulting in a damaged product during transit. In such cases, we are happy to assist you with an exchange. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at nineteenofourteam@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order. To initiate the exchange process, kindly provide us with a clear photo proof of the damaged product. We will review the provided information and guide you through the next steps.
Please note the following conditions for exchanges:
- Exchanges will only be accepted if the customer receives damaged products.
- The garment should not have been worn or used.
- The damaged item should be shipped back to us within one (1) week of receiving approval for the exchange.
Once we receive the damaged item and verify its condition, we will initiate the exchange process. You will be provided with a replacement item of the same design and size, subject to availability. If the same design or size is unavailable, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
